Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board in the Dehradun district of the Indian state of Uttarakhand.
"The spectacular Gun Hill is among the most famous tourist attractions of Mussoorie. It is the second highest peak in the region after Lal Tibba. There is an interesting history that backs the popularity of the Gun Hill. It is said that from this hilltop, the British used to fire a canon every afternoon to help the natives know the time.
