The park in front of the Sun City Apartments on Sarjapur Road is in a dilapidated condition and the residents want the authorities to develop and maintain this park. The park looks reasonably fine from outside but once you enter the park, you can see that the park lack basic amenities and people are not able to use them. The benches may tumbledown any moment and there are hardly any playing equipments for children which are in good condition. Unruly weeds have grown inside the park and there is no proper fencing to the park.
