IDC Kitchen is a chain of vegetarian South Indian self-service restaurants located nationwide in India. It was founded in 2012 and has since grown to 11 locations. IDC Kitchen is known for its authentic South Indian cuisine, specializing in the holy trinity of Idli, Dosa, and Coffee.

IDC Kitchen offers a wide variety of idlis, dosas, and other South Indian dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Some of the most popular items on the menu include the Rave Dosa, a crispy and flaky dosa filled with potatoes and onions; the Ghee Podi Idli, a flavorful idli topped with ghee and podi (a South Indian spice powder); and the Filter Coffee, a strong and aromatic coffee.
