Bahuka Restaurant is named after our Master Chef Bahuka (Nala Maharaja), who has tickled the taste buds of Maharajas since ancient times.

​We were inspired by his book Paka Darpanam (The Culinary Mirror), which taught us the essence of hospitality and the cooking techniques of ancient India.
